Uniting a Calling with a Cause

Shavon’s talents and belief in contributing to worthy causes positioned her for a passionate and successful career with More Too Life, Inc., founded by Dr. Brook Bello. The Florida-based non-profit is nationally known for its innovative approaches to providing direct services to victims and survivors of human trafficking, offering expert consulting, and life-changing programs toward ending demand. 

From October 2017 to March 2023, Shavon excelled in the company to become Chief Managing Director where she was responsible for developing and managing strategic plans and company policies to achieve MTL’s short and long-term objectives. As an executive, she supervised and provided guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance while ensuring a positive work environment. This includes internal and external communications, staff development, and working closely with MTL's CEO toward successful grant management and business growth. 

Shavon found great value in her role and continues to support and collaborate with More Too Life personally and through her communication consulting and personal coaching company. She encourages others to unite their calling with an important cause greater than one's self. This selfless investment will inevitably lead you to higher purpose, fulfillment, and impact.
